Writing

Writing professionally has been my greatest ambition for most of my life. While I’m currently working on my very first original work of fiction, most of my writing has centered around short stories or fanfiction. I found myself with a renewed interest in fanfiction after starting to write my own original novel because sometimes you jsut need to inspire yourself I was hesitant at first to showcase my work, since some of it is, uh, old. The first one, A New Kind of Enemy, for example, was first put online in December of 2002. I was 14. To put into perspective, I am 23 now. It’s been almost a decade since I first put my writing out there and I’ve had both positive and negative reactions to it all. Since then I think I’ve grown as a writer and while reading those early stories make me cringe, I think it’s important to remember where you’ve been because it helps you get where you’re going. Or something. Anyway, below is an incomplete list of some of my writing, and at the moment it is only my fanfiction. The order is newest at the top to the very oldest. I am going by date published, not by date updated or completed.

A New Kind of Enemy

Summary: Voldemort is gone, but now Hermione faces a new challenge.
Authors Note: My first ever fic and it is terribly written, not to mention a grammatical nightmare, but everyone has to start somewhere, and this was my beginning.
